RE: Erection of an agricultural workers dwelling to include glazed link and garage (amendment to previously approved permission reference OS/1156/F) at Black Lion Farm, Church Pulverbatch, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY5 SEA

I write with regard to the above submitted application for the retrospective erection of an agricultural workers' dwelling.

I would advise that officers are now in receipt of amended plans showing the following: -
- alterations to glazed link (reduction in height by 1 metre and addition of slate roof),
- improved landscaping plan with additional screen planting added.

The applicant has advised that they wish for the application to be considered as it stands and no further revisions will be made. All comments received to date will be reported to the Central Area Manager as part of the determination of the application, as will any further comments received in relation to the revisions listed above.
